About the Play

Sherlock Holmes is on the case. Comedic genius Ken Ludwig (The Gaslight Theater has done 4 of his plays, Lend Me a Tenor, Moon Over Buffalo, Fox on the Fairway, and Leading Ladies) transforms Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s classic The Hound of the Baskervilles into a murderously funny adventure. The male heirs of the Baskerville line are being dispatched one by one. To find their ingenious killer, Holmes and Watson must brave the desolate moors. These, five transformable actors will bring this spine-tingling Victorian whodunit to life with sheer inventiveness and enormous heart. Get ready for a joyful, mischievous, comedy thriller that is sure to keep you on the edge of your seat...

See the Samuel French website for more information about the play, including video interviews with the playright, modern master of the farce Ken Ludwig.
