Gaslight Offers a Sneak Peak at the 2013 Season

Gaslight Theaters 2013 will offer drama, farce, classic Americana and the music of Burt Bacharach. Who could ask for anything more? (yes, we know that's Gershwin).

March 22nd will open the season with Mrs Packard by Emily Mann, directed by Bruce Hertz. This new play offers the true-life story of a woman struggling to right a system gone wrong.

Opening June 14th is the farce No Sex Please, We're British by Alistair Foot and Anthony Marriott. After seeing this play you will think before ordering Scandinavian glassware by mail-order.

Late August will bring the William Inge classic Picnic. A neighborhood picnic forever changes the lives of people in a small town.

And in mid-November, Promises, Promises brings together the songs of Burt Bacharach and Hal David, and the genius of Neil Simon. If you are already humming "I'll Never Fall in Love Again" this show is for you.

Do we have your interest yet? More details to follow. See you in 2013!

(But catch Murder on the Nile first).
